Fairmont Château Whistler
Emily and Kevin would love for everyone to stay with them in the Fairmont Château room block, where the ceremony and reception will be held. Staying together will provide more opportunities to spend quality time with kith and kin, less time on logistics, and truly enjoy the weekend together.
If you would like to stay in Fairmont Gold accommodations, please reach out to Emily and Kevin to add the room(s) to the room block at a discounted rate.
To book your preferred accommodation at the group rates, please call +1 (800) 441-1414 and identify yourself as being part of the Emily Penuen & Kevin Baron Wedding. The room block rate should apply any night between Tuesday 8/12 until Tuesday 8/19. The website does not show the desired room block rate for all nights, so please call.

Arriving to Whistler

Option 1
- Fly into Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
- Drive to Whistler via Fairmont Group or Private Transfer, Rental Car, Shuttle, etc. (~2 hours).
Option 2
- Fly into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
- Drive to Whistler via Rental Car, Shuttle, etc. (~4 hours).
Option 3
- Fly into Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
- Helicopter to Whistler via Sierra Helicopters (~30 min).

Whistler Village
There are three main methods of transportation around the Whistler Village.
1. Whistler Village Shuttle: runs frequently across its multiple stops throughout the village.
2. The Fairmont Château provides a car service for all guests that runs every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM across predetermined stops.
3. You may call Whistler Taxis at +1 (604) 932-3333. There are no ride share services (ex: Uber, Lyft) in Whistler Village.
For wedding guests with vehicles, the Fairmont Château offers EV charging stations and regular parking for hotel guests and day visitors. For hotel guests, self-parking is available for $41 CAD per vehicle and valet parking is available for $50 CAD per vehicle. For day visitors, self-parking is available for $44 CAD per vehicle.
